Preparing the Way For Christ

Transforming Truth: God’s messenger prepares people for Christ.
In John the Baptist’s ministry we see five qualities
that ought to characterize our own:
1. His unique role (vv. 2-3)
2. His uncompromising message (v 4)
3. His unusual impact (v. 5)
4. His uncomplicated lifestyle (v. 6)
5. His unfeigned humility (vv. 7-8)
