Russ, a licensed professional engineer, and Kay were missionaries with Missionary Tech Team for Ten Years. Russ is also an ordained minister, and has ten years of pastoral experience. They are working on the Mexico/Texas border, planting Spanish churches. They reach out to the community through Bible Clubs, VBS, and other children's activities, as well as passing out tracts and following up with at least six visits to the homes where the tracts were given.
