“CONNECTING WOMEN – CONNECTING FAMILIES”
At our Unique but United Ladies Conference in May we took a special offering for a women named Seni, a worker in PNG with the Smiths. The money raised funded the materials for a new home to be built for her. A group of men from her church and village have just begun construction!!! Lori forwarded these "before" pictures. Lori says that when it rains Seni gets a four foot pool of water in the floor and calls it her indoor swimming pool! What a blessing it will be to her to have a sturdy, safe, and DRY home!! Lori will send pictures as progress is made in the construction.
Please pray for the safety of the men completing the project, for good progress to be made, for Seni to be strengthened and encouraged, and for this to be a witness of God's love and provision to Seni and to the others around her. We are UNITED with our sisters in Christ across the world, and this is just one way we can show the love of Christ to them. Thank you for your giving and prayers!
