John & Pam met at Webster Bible Church and were married in 1983. John & Pam ministered in southern California and were part of the Pacific Coast ministry team of Word of Life. In the summer of 1999, the Collins family changed their location to Binghamton, NY where their ministry will remain reaching youth.
