For over 35 years, RFM has faithfully served urban families facing hunger. They offer regular distributions of food provided by supporting churches, individuals and organizations and are a qualified distribution agency of Foodlink. RFM serves approximately 55 families a day through food distribution and helps those in need of clothing or emergency gas and electric assistance through referrals to partnering agencies. Bible study, prayer and gospel presentations are offered to those they serve. They touch the lives of young people through clubs and summer camps. Food baskets at Thanksgiving and Christmas and Christmas gift packages for children of families in need are given out. Educational tutoring to both children and adults is also offered. RFM has an extension of their educational thrust, Rochester Institute for Christian Education (RICE). Their program provides 3 years of extensive theological and biblical training.
