Dr. Fletcher was the pastor of Webster Bible Church from 1970-1980. He was instrumental in getting the missions program going at WBC and we are grateful to him for that. In 1999, Dr. Fletcher took a position with the GNJ&PM. He has recently taken the position of Vice President of Pastoral Care. In this position he will be a counselor to the chaplain and his family, being a safe environment where the chaplain can share the burdens of his/her heart. He will continue to travel and speak in churches.
