Dale & Carin served the Lord in Papua New Guinea with Pioneers for 12 years. They felt led of the Lord to come home in 1995 to serve at Pioneers' Headquarters. Dale assists missionaries in what they call restricted countries such as China, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, etc. In these countries missionaries must seek other types of visa/work permits. Dale helps those who have started small export businesses as this gives them a legitimate reason to be in these countries. This involves some travel. Dale was member of Webster Bible Church prior to going to college.
